Protein Target Management Systems                                                              Back

Protasis can confirm protein targets at high resolution using analytical Dynamic Field Gradient Focusing (DFGF) coupled to high-resolution electrospray mass spectrometry (e.g. Q-TOF).  DFGF has sufficient resolution to isolate protein isoforms for complete characterization.  Screening experiments may be facilitated by metering controlled amounts of target and leads using the Protasis low-dead volume mixer.  Targets may be recovered from NMR screening experiments and reused.

Supported Operations

  • Analytical Dynamic Field Gradient Focusing
  • Sample Loading using HTSL
  • Low Dead-Volume Mixing

Supported Studies

  • Protein-Ligand Binding with NMR
