Title:  MicroFlow NMR:  New Developments for 2006

MicroFlow NMR originated in the late 1990s at MRM, now a division of Protasis Corporation.  The foundation MicroFlow product attributes of high sensitivity detection, simplicity of design, and economical utilization of sample and solvent are remaking workflows in discovery research and development environments.  Capillary NMR’s miniature flowcells allow chemists in medicinal chemistry, natural products, metabolites and quality assurance departments to more effectively utilize the sample mass available to provide the highest quality of chemical information.  Protasis MicroFlow NMR systems for 2006 efficiently and effectively provide answers to the fundamental questions of “What do I have?” and “How much do I have?”  These groups recognize the value of laboratory-standard microplate and vial sample formats that enable rapid transfer of prepared samples without tube filling and the integration of results from mass spectrometry and other techniques to bring NMR into coordinated use with other analytical modalities.  An overview of Protasis product platforms will be provided, highlighting a few recent success stories in selected application areas.

Title: One-Minute NMR: Adding Integrated Data Processing to Open-Access, High-Throughput NMR Automation

Robert Albrecht, Dir.  Automation, Protasis Corp.                           View Narrated Slideshow

Protasis software already provides convenient multi-user, web-based sample log-in, fast sample loading and and complete HT-NMR system monitoring, and network connectivity to structure confirmation packages from a simple, web-based graphical user interface that readily imports a wide array of data formats and file architectures.  The leading product in NMR automation continues to expand its scope with the integration of back-end data processing software and molecular structure confirmation. One-Minute NMR delivers the easiest operator interface and most flexible sample formats of any commercially available NMR automation system. The rich feature set, arrived at through our collaborations with real customers, is discussed in detail along with cutting-edge new data processing features that re-define the standard for integrated NMR. Whether your scientists use NMR for structure confirmation, elucidation, or even quantitation, you will want to learn how to get all the information you need with minimum effort.
